• Cash-out refinance enables you to refinance your first (and second) mortgage and take additional funds for major expenses, such as a college education, or debt consolidation.
  
• No cash-out refinance. This is about saving money, pure and simple. Here, you refinance your existing mortgage only, as well as any closing costs, if you like. What percent of your mortgage can be refinanced depends on the type of home you have, so ask your NEFCU professional for details.
